Welcome, Welcome, Welcome

Based out of Sydney, Australia, We have been established for over 15 years now operating across the world.
Our belief is that the current tools, techniques and approaches applied to assist a project lifecycle to deliver the expected outcomes, does not support project teams at an operational level.
And we think (well, we know) we have a better way to deliver projects!

Construction projects are not inherently complicated, however because of the challenges encountered during execution they can become complex. This is due to the project not being set up to handle changes in design, availability of resources, materials, and information.

As a result it is difficult to maintain an up to date work plan and the current plan rarely reflects the actual sequence in which tasks are completed. Consequently, the majority of construction tasks that are completed are based on improvisation by the hands on operators. This makes managing activities by setting and following priorities very difficult.

For these reasons we have built an enabling soultion for you, your project, and your company to drive project performance improvement initiatives. This enabling system is based on the Last Planner System.

Turn collaboration into action

Last Planner System

As suggested by its name, the Last Planner® System is a planning process centered around collaboration involving the last planners of a project. The last planners usually include the foremen, the project manager, or the design team leaders—the people left planning a project’s greater details towards its deadline.

Projects As Production Systems

Embrace a new era of delivering projects.
Projects need to be seen as a production system, even production systems within the production system.
Projects as production systems emphasize transforming inputs (resources, materials, labor, information) into outputs (products, services) through a series of interconnected activities. This approach focuses on efficiency, reliability, productivity, and optimization. Key elements include well-defined workflows, effective resource management, quality output, monitoring and feedback systems, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Viewing projects this way helps organizations enhance execution, control costs, and ensure timely delivery. Integrating advanced technologies like automation and data analytics further streamlines operations, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Lean Project Delivery

Lean Project Delivery focuses on maximizing value and minimizing waste throughout a project's lifecycle. It applies Lean principles, emphasizing reliability, continuous improvement, efficiency, and collaboration. Key elements include value stream mapping to identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities, just-in-time delivery to reduce inventory costs, and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication. By fostering a culture of teamwork and problem-solving, Lean Project Delivery aims to enhance reliability, productivity, reduce costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget, ultimately improving overall project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
